Australian National Airways (ANA) De Havilland DH89 aircraft "Marika" (VH-UXZ) crashed into the sea at Tanners Bay, Marriott Reef, off Flinders Island, Tasmania when the aircraft apparently ran out of fuel - the pilot & three passengers were killed in the crash.
