Watson Temple LOFTUS was born in Waverley, Sydney on 21st May, 1921

His parents were Roderick William LOFTUS & Sarah Althea Mildred RENNIE who married in Young, NSW in 1914

He had previously served for 3 years with the 56th Infantry Battalion & left to join the RAAF
