Son of William Henry Fraser Lumsden and Mary Josephine Lumsden, of Annerley, Queensland, Australia. Buried at the time in Erkelenz Town Cemetery, Germany, but whose grave is now lost.
BURIED AT THE TIME IN ERKELENZ TOWN CEMETERY BUT WHOSE GRAVE IS NOW LOST. "THEIR GLORY SHALL NOT BE BLOTTED OUT"
The Tarragindi Bowls club created the Graham Lumsden Cup which was in memory of a member's airman son who was killed in the war.
LUMSDEN, Flying Officer Graham, M414806, Pilot Mosquito Night Fighter attached to R.A.F., Sqadron 605.— Only Child of Mr & Mrs. W. H. Lumsden, Tarragindi Road, Annerley. Missing night of 18th January, 1945, over Germany, now presumed dead. Also a tribute to his Navigator & Pal, Flying Ofllcer Colin Gibson, of Melbourne who is missing with him.
