Son of Julius Farquhar Wallac MACLEOD and Barbara Darley nee IRWIN
Crew member of an Avro Anson involved in an accident at Rosedale. The aircraft could not land due to bad weather and was forced to seek an alternative landing site when it ran out of fuel.
