Air Cadet Allan John MacPherson from RAAF Pearce was killed when Moth Minor VH-ADB (Airframe # 94077) crashed into trees at Dunreath Golf Course in Redcliffe, WA - the civilian Flying Instructor Mr J.T. Evans working for RAAF 5EFTS at Maylands aerodrome was also killed
