Son of Alexander Stewart McColl and Mabel Ellen McColl, of Semaphore, South Australia.

Mr. and Mrs. A. S. McColl, of Dunn street, Semaphore, have been officially advised that their eldest son, Frederick Ramsay, has been classified as killed in action on February 15, 1942, at Palambang, Sumatra. Before enlisting in the RAAF in 1940 he was cashier at A. and E. LeMessurier, Ltd., Port Adelaide. At the time of his death he was WAG of a Hudson bomber crew.
