Captain McCutcheon Q39029 of the 51st Australian Infantry Battalion was a passenger on board Wirraway aircraft A20-462 of the School of Army Co-operation which crashed near Bungendore, NSW - the pilot was also killed: Pilot Officer Powell 405529 RAAF.
