James Lloyd McLARNEN was born in Casino in New South Wales on 20th October, 1916
His parents were Patrick James McLARNEN & Beatrice Clift COLLISON who married in Queensland on 26th April, 1916
He married Lynda Grace TRIGGELL in Queensland on 4th September, 1937

His father Patrick James McLARNEN (SN 50887) served during WW1 in the Australian Army (49th Infantry Battalion) and was Killed in Action on 21st October, 1916 - the day after his son was born
