Mrs. J. F. McQuarrie, of Myall road, Waratah, has been informed that her son, Pte. William Murdock McQuarrie, was killed in action on February 25, 1945. Pte. McQuarrie was 21.
He was educated at Marist Bros High School, Hamilton.
