Sergeant Arthur Cornelius Mulcahy 422234 was killed in the loss of Ventura AJ186 of Number 34 Operational Training Unit RCAF - also killed were: Pilot Officer George Wellington Cowie 422262 RNZAF / Pilot Officer Clifford Avery Griffiths 421703 RNZAF / Pilot Officer John Clark Loucks J/26843 RCAF
