Flight Lieutenant Francis Robert Normoyle 420905 was killed when Mustang FD546 of 268 Squadron RAF based at advanced airfield B.61 at St. Denijs Westrem in Belgium crashed near the Dutch / German border between Nijmegen and Kleve

Francis Robert NORMOYLE was born in Young, NSW on 4th June, 1916

His parents were Francis Robert NORMOYLE & Dorothy Johanna AHERN who married in Young in 1913

Francis died on 8th February, 1945 - his last rank was Flight Lieutenant with 268 Squadron (RAF) - Mustang Squadron
