Son of Fredrick James Papley and Gertrude Rose Papley, of Portland, Victoria, Australia.

HE GAVE HIS LIFE FOR HIS FRIENDS

Pte. K. P. Papley, son of the late Mr. Fred and Mrs. Papley, of Porland, has been killed in action. The young hero's uncle made the supreme sacrifice in the last war.
