Biography

Norman O'Malley PEACEFUL was born on 18th April, 1910 in Brentford, England

His parents were Henry Jabez PEACEFUL and Eliza Bertha O'MALLEY - they married in 1907 in Burnley, UK

His father Henry Jabez PEACEFUL (SN 11865) served in WW1 and returned to Australia and died in 1965 in Victoria - his Mother Eliza died in 1967 also in Victoria

In 1931 Norman married Elsie May CLOAK in Victoria

He enlisted in Prahan on 9th March, 1942 with the Australian Army - he was a Trooper with the A.C.M.F. 13 Armoured Regiment

Norman died of Illness on 18th October, 1942 Victoria - he is in the Fawkner Memorial Park Cemetery and also honoured on the Australian War Memorial and the South Yarra Roll of Honour
