Accidently killed whilst acting as a motor cycle disptach rider. Whilst descending Oliver's Hill, Frankston attempted to conduct a U-turn when struck by a truck. Plummer St, Frankston (on Oliver's Hill) named after Cpl PLUMMER and close to vicinity of accident
