Pilot Officer Quirk 40960 and Pilot Officer Raftery 432264 from Number 5 Service Flying Training School at Uranquinty were killed in the loss of Wirraway aircraft A20-96 at Uranquinty following structural failure of the aircraft in flight (from Court of Inquiry file at NAA)
