Baden Fairfield REAKES was born in Narromine, NSW on 29th August, 1900

His parents were Albert William REAKES & Florence Elizabeth HILDER who married in Dubbo in 1890

He married Flora MILLIGAN (formerly SOAMES) in Sydney in 1926

Baden died with another soldier after being hit by two drunken men driving an army truck on the Western Road in Lawson - he died in Katoomba Hospital of his injuries
