L-Sgt Gordon Bradley Reed (Bunny), of the 1st Independent Company, has been reported believed died on or about July 1, 1942, while POW. He was educated at Geelong Grammar School, where he was a school prefect and captain of the school cricket and football teams. Before his enlistment he lived on his property at Boxwood Park, Bungowannah, NSW.
