Clarence William ROSEWARNE was born on 18th March, 1917 in Scarsdale, Victoria

His parents were James Alfred William ROSEWARNE and Helen May SCOTT

It is now known that a lot of Soldiers were executed at Rabaul and reported as being killed when a U.S. sub sank the ship carrying prisoners of war back to Japan.

His wages were going to his mother and when the Australian government found out of his death they asked her to pay back his wages back to when he was reported killed.
