Biography

Ronald James Brownee ROST was born on 5th Feb. 1921 in Coogee, Sydney NSW

His parents were Shirley William Scott ROST and Ada Harriet HOBCROFT

He enlisted with the RAAF on 24th June 1940 - posting at death was 18 Squadron (RAF) - Rank Sergeant

Ronald died in a Flying Battle on 16th July, 1941 in the Netherlands - he is buried in The Hague (Westduin) General Cemetery, Netherlands. Grave Ref.  Allied Plot, Row 3, Grave 66
