Son of Arnold Vincent and Eileen Lucy Millicent Scells of Townsville, Queensland
Evan Scells drowned at Nielson Beach in Bargara, Queensland - he was assisting to rescue swimmers caught in an undertow when he himself got into difficulties and was swept out to sea and drowned.
