Cyril George Victor SMALLCOMBE was born in Sydenham, England on 20th June 1904

His parents were George Ernest SMALLCOMBE & Martha RICHARDSON who married in England in 1900 (registered in Lambeth)

He married Linda Merle YEOMANS in Victoria in 1940 - one known son Raymond James who died on 6th February, 1945 not long after his fathers death in January 1945

He enlisted in the RAAF on 2nd April, 1942 in Melbourne - last rank was Leading Aircraftman with the 2 Aircraft Park in Bankstown, Sydney

Cyril died suddenly from illness at his home in 61 Pine Street, Randwick, Sydney on 20th January, 1945 and is buried in the Sydney War Cemetery which is part of Rookwood Cemetery
