Warrant Officer Gilbert Allen Noel Smith 4119 was accidentally electrocuted at the Milne Bay Wireless / Telegraph Station
In late December 1939 AC Smith 4119 was on board 1SQN RAAF Avro Anson aircraft A4-17 which crashed - all on board were uninjured
