Wirraway aircraft A20-552 from 5SFTS crashed near Uranquinty, NSW killing LAC Teys 405945 (Wagga Wagga General Cemetery) and LAC McCredie 413010 (commemorated on Panel 5 of the NSW Cremation Memorial, Sydney)
