Son of Doctor Arthur Moorehouse Watkins and Bertha Eugenie Watkins of Roseville, NSW
He was cremated at Sydney (Northern Suburbs) Crematorium - his name appears on Panel 5 of the NSW Cremation Memorial, Sydney
RAAF Avro Anson N4887 crashed into the Richmond Golf Course almost immediately after take-off from RAAF Base Richmond, NSW on a flight to Point Cook, Victoria - all on board were killed:
