Court of Inquiry held on  18th February 1941:

In that Joseph William Watson of the Details Depot Royal Park Victoria , whilst on weekend leave, was killed driving a motor vehicle, which he was driving, accidentally drove his car into a telephone pole at the corner of Punt Road and Dobson Street South Yarra Victoria on the 17th November 1940.
