"NX7802 Sergeant Sydney Arthur Webb, 2/1st Battalion, Australian Infantry. Sergeant Webb, aged 22, died while defending the island of Crete against the German land and airborne invasion on 22 May 1941. He was the son of Arthur and Ada Mary Webb and the husband of Alma Sophie Webb, of Leichhardt, NSW. He is buried in the Suda Bay Cemetery Section 1, Row D, Plot 1." - SOURCE (www.awm.gov.au)
