Warrant Officer Westgarth 413463 of 146 / 261 Squadron RAF (Air Command South East Asia) was killed when Thunderbolt KJ325 crashed near Myingyan airfield in Burma after it collided with Harvard KF109 just after take off

Thunderbolt KJ325 was built as USAAF 44-20335 (MSN 5743) - info from Baugher
