Pilot Officer Gordon Park Woods 415295 and Flight Sergeant John Kevin O'Sullivan 403950 were killed when Vultee Vengeance A27-26 of Number 4 Operational Training Unit crashed into the sea off Williamtown, NSW - their bodies were not recovered and they are commemorated on the Sydney Memorial
