George Reginald McGUINNESS was born in Beechworth, Victoria in 1878 - parents names unknown

He enlisted with the NSW Citizens Bushmen and embarked on 28th February, 1900 on the ship SS Atlantian

He was killed in action on 1st March, 1901 and is buried in the Winburg Combined Cemetery in South Africa
