"3786634 Trooper Tony Holland, 1st Armoured Personnel Carrier Squadron, Royal Australian Armoured Corps Aged 21 Born England. Holland died of injuries at 36th US Evacuation Hospital, Vung Tau after an accidental discharge from his Owen Machine Gun while looking down the barrel on 7th July 1966." - SOURCE (www.findagrave.com)
