Lance Corporal Robert Edward Power, of Belmore New South Wales, who worked as a bank officer until he was called up on 1 May 1968. Posted to the 6th Battalion The Royal Australian Regiment (6RAR), Robert was fatally wounded during combat on 8 March 1970 in the Phuoc Tuy province of South Vietnam. He was 22 years old.
