Son of Finkell BARNARD and Susannah nee FOXLEY
Husband of Ethel Mary BARNARD nee PYLE, Kitchener Street, Deepdene, Victoria.
After the death of his first wife in 1920, William married Agnes Alexandra SMITH in 1929. Agnes died in 1945 and he married for the third time to Emily Mary SKELLON in 1958.
