"Mr. ALBERT JAMES WHIP
Mr. Albeit James Whip, of Phillip Street, Roma, passed away suddenly at his home on 14th September and was buried on Sunday afternoon. Mr. Whip was born in New South Wales, and came to this district as a lad, with his father, the late Mr. Thomas Whip. He is survived by his wife, who was formerly Miss Daisy Whip, Scattering Plains, and one son, Ray, and brothers and sisters in New South Wales. Another son, Albert, was killed in New Guinea on Christmas Day, 1943, while serving with the A.I.F.
