George Herbert COULTAS was born in Bramham, England in 1880

His parents were John COULTAS & Susannah SANGWELL who married in Bramham in 1869

He enlisted in Port Douglas, Queensland on 30th March, 1915 and embarked from Brisbane on 12th June 1915 on the HMAT Karoola with the 15th Infantry Battalion, 6th Reinforcements

George was Killed in Action in Belgium on 25th September 1916 and is buried in the Dickerbusch New Military Cemetery
