Son of William and Jane McWilliam, Granville
PRIVATE ARCHIE McWILLIAM.
Amongst those who have lately made the supreme sacrifice at the front, in France is Private A. McWilliam, second youngest son of Mrs. M. McWilliam, Abbott-street, Granville, and late of Merrylands. He was only 18 years and 10 months old, and had just been 12 months on active service. He was attached to the 53rd Battalion, and was killed in action on 29th September. He worked in the country prior to enlisting. In the last letter to his mother he mentioned that he had not had a day's sickness since leaving Sydney.
