Mervyn Austin FARLEY was born in Wondai, Queensland on 21st June 1924

His parents were Ashley Austin FARLEY & Laura Amelia GOLL

He married Edna Jean EVANS - 9 children - Gordon, Greg, Ray, Jenny, Yvonne, Robert, Helen, Chris & Barbara

He served in WW2 in the Army and the RAAF (see service details for more information) he travelled to Canada on 15th April, 1944 presumabl to train when he was in the RAAF

The dates on these army & air force records appear to overlap (discharge & enlistment dates) but match his NAA records

Mervyn died in Queensland on 30th November, 2016, late of Cazna Gardens, Sunnybank Hills

His father Ashley Austin FARLEY served in WW1 (57847) and WW2 (Q140237) & was discharged on 13th January, 1944 and died of Illness on 3rd November, 1946 in Wondai, Queensland
