29 Oct 1942:	Embarked Australian Military Forces (WW2) , Gunner, QX32352, 113 Light / later 56 Composite Anti Aircraft Regiment, Embarked in Brisbane with 162 LAA Battery, aboard troopship M.S. "Maetsuycker" for active service in New Guinea. Arrived Port Moresby 18 November.
16 Jan 1944:	Embarked Australian Military Forces (WW2) , Gunner, QX32352, AMF Anti Aircraft units / Elements WW2, Embarked in Buna aboard M.V."Gorgon" for return to Australia.
26 Apr 1946:	Promoted Australian Military Forces (WW2) , Corporal, 3 Advanced Ordnance Depot, Promoted to Acting Corporal (Stores). Confirmed in rank on 26 July 1946.
5 Dec 1946:	Discharged Australian Military Forces (WW2) , Bombardier, QX32352, AMF Anti Aircraft units / Elements WW2
