29 May 1918 - enlisted at Ballina, NSW, with the 6th QLD reinforcements.
14 November 1918 - transferred to the 9th Battalion
31 January 1919 - transferred to the 2nd Australian Field Bakery
20 March 1919 - transferred to the 9th Battalion
Commenced return to Australia 28 August 1919 aboard HT Kanowna disembarking on 26 October 1919 at Sydey for onward travel to Brisbane
Medal: British War Medal, Victory Medal
11 November 1919 - discharged at the 1st Military District as medically unfit due to pleurisy
