Biography

During World War Two Eric Lovegrove enlisted again and served in the 14th Garrison Battalion which in late 1942 was redesignated as the 62nd (Militia) Battalion "Merauke Regiment." However, Eric was discharged from service on 6 June 1941 before the unit was redesignated.
