Daisie was the daughter of Erskine Evan Llewellyn and Annie Llewellyn nee Roberts.

Daisie married Herbert Charles Ludbrook in England in 1918. (Herbert died on 15.1.1956 in Ballarat).

Daisie listed her name on her Enlistment forms as "Daisie" and "Daisy".

Ashes Request - Taken by Funeral Director at Karrakatta Cemetery - Daisie Mary Ludbrook.  The ashes were then buried at the Ballarat Old Cemetery.
