Son of Florence M. Williams formernly O'Hare of Meyers Street, Adelaide, SA

Having desertered the AIF it was learnt that he had frauduantley enlisted with the Imperial Army's Leinster Regiment as Daniel O'Hara number 4250 and was invalided due to multiple wound to the legs. In March 1918 he had lodged a request to return to Australia

Not eligible for medals
