Son of Joseph Greenough and Henrietta Greenough nee Davis of Manchester, England. Brother of Arthur Greenough who returned to Australia ont 20 August 1919 having serving with the Australian Flying Corps.
Next of kin given as his brother Herbert Greenough of Denham Street, Townsville, QLD
Commenced return to Australia on 16 December 1917 aboard HS Kanowna disembarking on 13 February 1918 disembarking at Sydney for onward travel to Brisbane.
