William Colville (BDM Qld birth registration as William Colville Tilney) was born on 13 Sep 1878 in Queensland, a son to Alma Tilney. He married Emily Christine Nygren on 8 Nov 1903 in Queensland and they had two children. He and his wife were living at Windsor in Brisbane when he passed away.
