Son of William Joseph CONNOLLY and Matilda Mary nee KELLY, Port Douglas, Qld.
Many old Rockhamptonites will regret to hear of the death of Mr. John William Fitzroy Connolly, which took place at Kingsholme, Brisbane, on the 31st ultimo. The deceased gentleman was the son of Mr. W. J. Connolly, at one time Sub-collector of Customs at Rockhampton, and who is still living in Brisbane. The deceased was for some years in the service of the Rockhampton branch of the Bank of New South Wales. He was a popular young fellow, but had never married.
Connolly.-The Friends of Mr. John William Fitzroy Connolly, deceased, are respectfully invited to attend his Funeral, to move from his late residence, Braeside, Kingsholme-street, Kingsholme This (Saturday) Forenoon, at 10 o'clock to the Toowong Cemetery.
