Biography contributed by Claude McKelvey

David Faloon (Felloon) was born born in Brisbane 9 Jan 1874, a son to John Felloon and Rachel Felloon (nee Carson). He re-enlisted in WW1 S.N. 6263 but was discharged as medically unfit prior to embarking for service. Its noted in his WW1 enlistment records held by the National Archives that he had suffered a serious wounding (gunshot wound to the head) during his Boer War service with ongoing issues leading to him being declared medically unfit for service in WW1.
