8 Nov 1900:	Discharged Australian and Colonial Military Forces - Boer War Contingents, Lieutenant, 3rd Queensland Mounted Infantry, National Archives Australia- Boer War Dossier notes invalided due to malarial fever returned to Australia aboard Damascus arriving Brisbane 1 Sep 1900, granted 2 months pay from 8 Sep 1900 and appointment cancelled 8 Nov 1900.
