Mr. H. L. N. GAGGIN.- A private wire received yesterday intimated that Mr. H. L. N. Gaggin, who as announced last issue had successfully passed the medical, musketry and other tests, has also passed the riding test, for inclusion in the second contingent, which leaves by the "Southern Cross" to-day. We join with his many friends in wishing him good luck and a speedy return.
