Thomas James Malcolmson (Malcomson) was born on 2 Jun 1876 at Mackay, Queensland, a son to Thomas Malcomson and Mary Malcomson (nee Arlow). He married Janet McCallum on 14 Dec 1907 at Ipswich, Queensland and they had 7 children.
