Death Of Boer War

MT. GAMBIER. June 5.
Mr. John Scott Millnouse, 70, a former member of the Mount Gambier Town Council and a Boer War veteran, died at the Mount Gambier Hospital yesterday after a long illness. Mr. Millhouse was born in Adelaide and came here when he was three years old with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Millhouse. He was a good footballer, amateur boxer and cricketer and a member of the South African War Veterans' Association. He is survived by his wife and four children, Mrs. V. C. Spencer (Melbourne), Mrs. G. V. von Wilier (Sydney), Mrs. C. G. Hannerman (Mount Gambier) and Mr. T. L. Millhouse (Mount Gambier).
