David Hamilton PRUDEN was born in Victoria in 1876 - his birth was registered at Stratford, Victoria

His parents were John PRUDEN and Anne WEIR - his father was from Nottingham & his mother was born in Stratford, Victoria

He died on 22nd July, 1900 at Koster River during the Rustenberg Engagement and was buried in Rustenberg Cemetery
